Gerry Pagano, Managing Director of East Coast Security has been in the Security, Safety & Training industries for over 10 years working around Australia. Our employees are dependable, trained, and perform at the highest level. We provide our employees with an outstanding benefits package which results in low turnover, and consistent and reliable service. Our guards are all fully trained in security, Senior First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificates. Our Staff have many years of experience and some are ex-military or ex-police personnel.
All staff are placed through criminal checks to ensure their records are clear. These criminal checks are performed frequently to ensure the highest standard of security guards are looking after your venue and patrons. Our Company is working with remote indigenous communities to provide boot camp training opportunities to upskill, motivate and train the local workers so they can become a valuable part of their community.
ESC was established to design the safety within its community and has grown from this community support. All of us at East Coast Security take safety of others very seriously. Safety First!
